MINUTES OF THE ESSENDON PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL PARISH MEETING HELD IN THE VILLAGE HALL ON APRIL 12th. 2010.
PRESENT;- Councillors Joan Thomson (Chair), Mike Brown and Margaret Titchener (Vice-Chairs), Keith Venables, Alan Steele and Ian Screech, John Spragg (Clerk) and 16 members of the public.

The accounts for the year ended 31/3/10 were approved unanimously prior to the internal audit in May and the external audit in June. (Proposed by Dermot Figgis and seconded by Beresford Thomson.)

1. Allotments. Excess water to be checked.
2. Insurance. Alternative quotes to be obtained.
3. Mill Green. Upkeep of a paddock being charged to rate payers. This matter would again be queried before 2011/12.
